Almost 5,700 individuals and 41 key stakeholder groups and organisations gave their opinion on the four options.
Feedback from all the public engagement on the four options indicated that there was a strong appetite for change and consistent support to make it happen sooner, deliver the best value, and get public transport right (do it once and do it right).
People have made clear the things they care about and while they understand the need to reduce carbon emissions and increase housing, they also want to ensure the other objectives are met.
