Integrated public transport plan (version 1.0) - September 2023
This summary, requested by councillors, shows the integrated plan to improve public transport to and through Wellington City, the core of the region’s transport network. It includes agreed projects being developed and delivered by Greater Wellington, Wellington City Council and Let’s Get Wellington Moving.
Projects are at different stages of progress. For example, the Aotea Quay Roundabout is under construction, whereas mass rapid transit, improvements at the Basin Reserve and an extra Mt Victoria Tunnel are undergoing detailed investigation.
