The team at Let’s Get Wellington Moving is passionate about developing and delivering an integrated transport system that supports Wellington’s growth, while making it safer and easier to move around. Our vision is to build a great harbour city that’s accessible to all, with attractive places, shared streets, and efficient local and regional journeys. To realise this vision, the programme is focused on moving more people with fewer vehicles.
We’re building a bigger team over the next few months. We need outstanding people to work with our programme director, so next week we’ll start recruiting for our leadership team. The leadership team roles include a programme integration manager, urban development manager, communications and engagement manager, and a funding and finance lead.
Once we have these leaders in place, we’ll be recruiting their teams. We need experienced business case leads, a property lead, consulting lead, urban design lead, communications and engagement leads, digital communications lead, project managers, commercial manager, and a commercial analyst.
Proactivity, flexibility, innovation, and collaboration are highly valued in our team, and critical for the programme’s success.
